Lemon Crush Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Lymeria (“Lymeria,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of the Lemon Crush iOS application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using Lemon Crush, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Lemon Crush.
2. Apple’s standard EULA
Lemon Crush is licensed, not sold. Unless a custom license agreement is presented through the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the license to the app. These Terms supplement that agreement for the Lemon Crush service. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s Standard EULA regarding the app license, the Standard EULA controls to the extent of the conflict.
Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting Lemon Crush. Questions about the app should be directed to Lymeria using the contact information below.
3. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use Lemon Crush for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.
Lemon Crush is intended for merchants and authorized store operators. You may connect only accounts, stores, credentials, and data that you are authorized to access and process.
4. The service
Lemon Crush displays Lemon Squeezy store information such as sales, orders, products, customers, subscriptions, and goals. It can also provide real-time sales alerts when you enable notifications and configure a webhook. Some features are free and others require an active Lemon Crush Plus subscription.
Demo mode uses sample information and does not represent a live store. Features, limits, and availability may change as the service develops.
5. Accounts and security
You may sign in using Apple or Google through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of your device, sign-in account, Lemon Squeezy credentials, and all activity performed through them. Notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
Do not share an API key more broadly than necessary. You can revoke or replace it from Lemon Squeezy. Revoking a key may stop store synchronization or webhook configuration.
6. Merchant and customer data
Lemon Crush may display and process information about your Lemon Squeezy customers and their transactions. You are responsible for providing all notices, obtaining all permissions, and having every lawful basis required to use Lemon Crush with that information.
You instruct Lymeria to process connected-store data only as needed to provide the features you select. You must not use Lemon Crush to access another person’s store, violate privacy or consumer laws, or expose customer information to unauthorized people. Consider your lock-screen preview settings before enabling alerts that may contain customer or transaction details.
7. Lemon Crush Plus subscriptions
- Plus is offered through auto-renewable monthly and yearly plans. The exact price, billing period, and included features are shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s applicable subscription terms.
- Apple manages billing, renewal, cancellation, and eligible refund requests. You can manage or cancel from the Lemon Crush Accounts screen or your App Store subscription settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Apple states otherwise. Deleting Lemon Crush, signing out, or deleting a Lemon Crush account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
- Plus access is determined through StoreKit and is associated with the Apple Account used for the purchase. It is not necessarily tied one-to-one to the Apple or Google account used to sign in to Lemon Crush.
- Lymeria may change future subscription prices or plan features in accordance with Apple’s rules and applicable law. Apple will provide any consent request or notice required for a price change.
8. Notifications and webhooks
Sales alerts depend on notification permission, Apple, Firebase, network availability, Lemon Squeezy webhooks, and your settings. Delivery can be delayed, duplicated, suppressed, or unavailable. Alerts are a convenience and must not be your only record of a sale, renewal, refund, or other business event.
Enabling alerts authorizes Lemon Crush to create or update the necessary webhook in your connected Lemon Squeezy store. Disabling alerts stops Lemon Crush from sending selected notifications but may not automatically delete the webhook from your Lemon Squeezy dashboard.
9. Accuracy and business decisions
Lemon Crush presents information received from Lemon Squeezy and other services. We do not guarantee that information is complete, current, or error-free. Verify important amounts, customer records, taxes, payouts, subscription states, and business decisions against the original Lemon Squeezy records.
Lemon Crush does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice.
10. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use Lemon Crush or connected data unlawfully or without authorization.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the app’s security or access controls.
- Upload malicious code or interfere with other users or providers.
- Reverse engineer or copy the app except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Use Lemon Crush to infringe privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights.
- Misrepresent an affiliation with Lymeria, Apple, Google, Firebase, or Lemon Squeezy.
11. Third-party services
Lemon Crush interoperates with Apple, Google, Firebase, and Lemon Squeezy. Those services are provided under their own terms and privacy policies. Lymeria does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, policies, or decisions. You are responsible for complying with the terms that govern your use of each connected service.
Lemon Crush is an independent product and is not sponsored or endorsed by Lemon Squeezy. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
12. Ownership and feedback
Lemon Crush, including its software, design, branding, and original content, is owned by Lymeria or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights granted under Apple’s Standard EULA and these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
You retain ownership of your data. If you voluntarily provide feedback, you allow Lymeria to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
13. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Lemon Crush or a feature. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, misuse the service, or if continued operation is no longer reasonably practicable.
You may stop using Lemon Crush at any time and may delete your account in Settings → Accounts. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and responsibility for earlier conduct, will survive.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemon Crush and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Lymeria disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, that every alert will arrive, or that third-party data is accurate.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so these exclusions may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lymeria will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunities, or data arising from or related to Lemon Crush, delayed or missed notifications, or third-party services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, Lymeria’s aggregate liability for claims relating to Lemon Crush will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Lemon Crush during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $50. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to Lemon Crush, our providers, or legal requirements. We will post the updated Terms and change the date above. If required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, except where law requires another form of acceptance.
